System Development Engineer I, Amazon

Amazon Selection and Catalog Systems (ASCS) is seeking a System Development Engineer I to join their Services Support Team under Catalog Support and Programs (CSP). This role is crucial in supporting the world's largest e-Commerce products catalog, which processes hundreds of millions of updates across billions of products. As a System Development Engineer, you'll be responsible for providing Service Level issue support to ASCS Engineering teams, managing software packages/configurations, setting up monitoring systems, and driving root cause resolutions. The role requires strong system/tool coding abilities and AWS services understanding.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who excels in ambiguous environments, possesses strong attention to detail, and can effectively work with data from multiple sources.
