The REALM Team in Hyderabad is seeking a System Development Engineer/DevOps to provide first-level support for production software application issues across 100+ services in Amazon Transportation Technology. This role requires quick learning, multitasking, and the ability to work on diverse tasks. Key responsibilities include:
- Troubleshooting and fixing production software issues
- Developing monitoring solutions
- Performing software maintenance and configuration
- Implementing fixes for internally developed code (Perl, Ruby, Java)
- Performing SQL queries
- Coordinating with multiple Development, Operations, and IT Support groups
- Working on Amazon Corporate and Divisional Software projects
- Automating support processes and documenting systems
- Identifying potential problems and implementing preventive solutions

Key Qualifications:
- Experience in automating, deploying, and supporting infrastructure
