Working in a team of two Systems Engineers, you'll own automation for Shopbop's Photo Studio and Marketing operations across both Madison and New York locations. You'll collaborate closely with local IT and Software Development teams while supporting studio, catalog, and marketing team members with custom scripts and applications for their daily activities.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing technical support, ensuring seamless execution of high-volume photo workflows, and identifying opportunities for process optimization. You'll need to balance hands-on support with strategic thinking, maintaining professionalism under pressure while driving innovations with various teams.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in high-capacity workflow environments, strong programming skills across multiple languages, and experience with AWS services.
