Tableau CRM Developer, Amazon Sales Tech

As a Tableau CRM Developer L3, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and optimizing Tableau CRM (formerly Einstein Analytics) dashboards, datasets, and custom solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights and enhance business decision-making processes. Your expertise will drive the integration and customization of Salesforce and Tableau CRM, ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient solutions tailored to the organization's needs.

Key job responsibilities:

• Design and develop Tableau CRM dashboards, datasets, lenses, and apps to support business analytics and reporting needs.
• Optimize data flows and implement best practices to improve data processing, visualization, and performance.
• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and Salesforce teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective Tableau CRM solutions.
• Integrate Tableau CRM with Salesforce and other platforms for seamless data insights and reporting capabilities.
• Utilize Salesforce APIs, Apex, and SOQL to develop and maintain custom solutions within Tableau CRM.
• Implement automation solutions to streamline data processing and reporting using Salesforce Flow, Tableau CRM recipes, and other tools.
• Ensure data security and user access control are aligned with business requirements.
• Provide support for data migration, data quality, and ongoing maintenance of dashboards and reports.
