Responsibilities For Staff Full Stack Engineer (Blockchain & Devops)
- Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using blockchain technology, distributed systems, and microservices architecture
- Create and maintain backend APIs using Node.js and implement blockchain technology and smart contracts
- Build frontend interfaces and user experiences using modern web development frameworks such as Next.js
- Implement and optimize DevOps processes and tools such as CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure automation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UI/UX designers, and data scientists to deliver high-quality and innovative solutions
- Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, and adhere to best practices and coding standards
- Implement and maintain testing frameworks to ensure functionality, performance, and security of the applications
- Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud
- Monitor and troubleshoot application performance and security issues
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, blockchain developments, and best practices for DevOps
Requirements For Staff Full Stack Engineer (Blockchain & Devops)
- Prior experience working as a Staff Full Stack Engineer / Senior Full Stack Engineer with expertise in blockchain and DevOps (>5yrs experience)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Strong proficiency in at least one backend language such as Node.js, or Go
- Experience with frontend development using modern frameworks such as Next.js
- Experience with blockchain technologies such as Ethereum, or Solidity
- Knowledge of smart contract development and deployment
- Experience implementing DevOps practices and tools such as CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and infrastructure automation (Terraform, Kubernetes)
- Proficient in using cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud
- Experience with database systems such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, agile methodologies, and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Experience working in early-stage startups and prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
