Mission Engineer: Operations Analyst - Active Clearance

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. We're building an Operations Analysis team to guide business strategy and complement our Modeling and Simulation team. As a Mission Engineer: Operations Analyst, you'll be an operations analysis Swiss-army knife interfacing with internal programs and external customers. You'll design rigorous math and physics analyses leading to clear and compelling value propositions.

What You'll Do:

• Develop model-driven analysis and often the models themselves
• Gain deep understanding of Anduril's platform, autonomy, simulation, and perception products
• Use advanced internal M&S capabilities for competitive advantage
• Convey the value of AI-powered distributed systems over traditional offerings

Qualifications:

• Active U.S. Secret security clearance
• Military mission MS&A experience (e.g., OCA/DCA, ISR, SEAD/DEAD)
• Platform and payload MS&A experience
• 2+ years AFSIM scripting experience
• Outstanding communication skills
• Proficiency in physics-math scripting (e.g., MATLAB, Python)
• 5+ years in relevant Science/Engineering field

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to obtain DOD Top Secret clearance
• 10 years in relevant field; academic experience qualifies
• Experience with Tableau, signal processing, cost and logistics MS&A
• AFSIM Developer Training or plug-in development experience
• Exceptional proficiency in physics-math scripting
• Proficiency with C/C++
