Mission Software Engineer, Cyber

Anduril Industries is seeking a Mission Software Engineer for their Cyber team to develop cutting-edge defense technology solutions. This role is part of Anduril's mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology.

The position sits within Anduril Cyber, a new business line focused on positioning Anduril as a lead provider of expeditionary cyber capabilities. The team leverages Anduril's fleet of autonomous vehicles, mesh networks, and electronic warfare products to engage in cyber operations at the edge. They design and build novel solutions to deploy cyber capabilities in unconventional or difficult to reach environments.

As a Mission Software Engineer, you'll be working on complex problems involving networking, autonomy, systems integration, and robotics. You'll be responsible for ensuring Anduril's products work seamlessly together, making pragmatic engineering decisions while maintaining a "Whatever It Takes" mindset. The role requires strong technical skills in areas such as C/C++, Rust, Go, Linux systems, and distributed systems.

The position offers an excellent compensation package with a salary range of $196,000 - $294,000 USD, plus competitive equity grants.
