Description For Systems Integration Engineer

Anduril Industries is seeking a Systems Integration Engineer to join their Air Defense team, which builds sophisticated robots designed to counter aerial threats. This role is crucial in maintaining air superiority through advanced defense systems. The position involves working with a complex family of networked sensors and effectors that enable rapid response against Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) threats.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the integration, testing, and deployment of new air defense capabilities. This involves working closely with various engineering teams, managing complex hardware-software integrations, and ensuring systems meet both Anduril's standards and customer requirements. The role requires someone who can handle technical challenges in unstructured situations and drive vague problems to clear solutions.

Key responsibilities include leading system integration efforts, executing testing programs, providing technical leadership during deployments, and serving as a liaison between engineering and operations teams. The position requires travel (less than 25%) to support field operations and system deployments.

The successful candidate will have a B.S. in a relevant technical field and 5+ years of industry experience. Strong problem-solving skills and experience with Python/MATLAB are essential. The role offers competitive compensation ($154,000 - $231,000) plus equity, comprehensive benefits including platinum healthcare, 401(k), and various wellness programs.

This position is perfect for someone who wants to work on cutting-edge defense technology with real-world impact. The role combines technical leadership with hands-on engineering work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Security clearance eligibility is required, making this an excellent opportunity for those interested in contributing to national defense through advanced technology.
