Sr. ASIC Design Engineer, Cloud-Scale Machine Learning Acceleration team

This role is part of the Cloud-Scale Machine Learning Acceleration team, responsible for designing and optimizing hardware in AWS data centers, including the AWS Inferentia custom-designed machine learning inference datacenter server.

As a Sr. ASIC Design Engineer, you'll work on groundbreaking technologies and architectures while maintaining high design quality. The position requires expertise in RTL design, system integration, and hardware optimization. You'll be responsible for implementing high-performance, power-efficient RTL designs and making critical trade-offs based on features, power, performance, and area requirements.
