Description For Accessibility Software Automation Engineer

Apple's Accessibility team is seeking a motivated Test Automation Engineer to help create and maintain automated testing solutions for their world-class assistive technology products. This role offers a unique opportunity to directly impact products that improve the lives of users with disabilities.

As an Accessibility Software Automation Engineer, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing automated test frameworks for critical accessibility features like VoiceOver, Switch Control, and Zoom. You'll work with languages such as Python, JavaScript, Objective C, or Swift to ensure the reliability and quality of Apple's accessibility frameworks and applications.

The role combines technical expertise in test automation with a mission-driven focus on accessibility. You'll join a small, focused team within the larger Accessibility organization, working in a supportive environment that encourages growth and innovation. While prior accessibility software experience isn't required, you'll need strong programming skills and a passion for quality.
