AIML - Engineering Manager, Siri Cross-Device Experiences

The Siri team at Apple is seeking an exceptional engineering manager to lead the development of cross-device experiences for the Siri platform. This role offers a unique opportunity to define the strategy and roadmap for cross-device experiences from the ground up, powering Siri and driving innovative experiences for upcoming products.

Key responsibilities include:

• Spearheading the design and development of components and features for the Siri cross-device platform
• Leading and developing a team of hardworking software engineers
• Collaborating with multi-functional teams to capture requirements, understand dependencies, define architecture, and implement solutions
• Working with design and client-side development teams to ensure an extraordinary user experience across all Apple devices

The ideal candidate will have:

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 5+ years leading engineering teams on complex software projects
• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Strong Computer Science fundamentals, object-oriented programming, and design skills
• Experience with wireless technologies such as Bluetooth, WiFi, or UWB

Preferred qualifications include:

• Demonstrable experience leading cross-functional projects with tangible impact
• Strong organizational skills and experience working on large multi-functional teams
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills

This role offers a competitive base pay range of $208,300 to $313,000, along with opportunities for stock awards, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
