AIML - ML Engineer

We are seeking highly motivated, results-oriented engineers with strong backgrounds in Computer Science, Machine Learning engineering, and software development. As an ML Engineer, you will collaborate with researchers across the Machine Learning Research group to build scalable data processing and research pipelines from scratch, focusing on cutting-edge generative models and sequence processing (video, text, and speech).

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with researchers to develop high-performance and scalable software for novel ML research algorithms and data processing
• Apply robust software engineering practices while handling unexpected challenges
• Explore innovative research software solutions to contribute to future Machine Learning toolboxes
• Participate in a small, dedicated team advancing ML algorithms and techniques

Required Qualifications:

• B.S. in Computer Science or related fields
• 2 years of Python programming experience
• 1 year experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch preferred)
• Hands-on experience building data processing pipelines
• Open-source project involvement
• Excellent communication skills
