AIML - Sr Cross Device Engineer, Siri and Information Intelligence

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of professional/industry software engineering experience
• Experience shipping production mobile client code at scale
• Audio / Bluetooth / Wi-Fi stack experience is highly desired
• Substantial individual technical contributions to code, including design, deployment, and ongoing support
• Provide technical leadership and take accountability for engineering quality
• Drive definition and adoption of engineering standard methodologies
• Experience shipping products to production and supporting/extending them post-launch
• Driven technical decision-making and software development from product definition to ship for multiple shipped products
• Experience mentoring engineers up to Senior level

Additional Requirements:

• Coach solid design practices
• Bring Audio, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi stack expertise to lead architecture in the right direction
• Coach team accountability for quality through code reviews and design reviews
• Mentor individual engineers
• Fully own and drive substantial features end-to-end as a DRI
• Collaborate on product direction and provide constructive feedback
• Build, mentor, and grow a team, including defining staffing needs and executing the hiring process
