Audio Screening & Triage Engineer

At Apple, the Audio and Media Technologies (AMT) group provides the audio, video, and graphics foundation across all of Apple's innovative products. We are seeking a creative, organized, and proactive triage engineer to join our audio QA team.

In this high-visibility role, you will be responsible for screening and triaging incoming audio bugs across all Apple hardware and software products. You'll combine deep technical knowledge with strong problem-solving skills to understand, clarify, and provide guidance on audio-related issues.

The position requires excellent communication skills as you'll work closely with bug originators, team members, and other engineering teams. You'll be handling a diverse range of audio issues, from basic troubleshooting to complex system-level problems. The role involves using both existing tools and emerging technologies, including generative AI, to enhance daily operations.
