Cellular DevOps Engineer

Apple is seeking a Cellular DevOps Engineer to join their growing cellular system validation team. This role is part of the Hardware team and is responsible for all aspects of 5G NR cellular system integration, with a focus on highly integrated and efficient system design and technologies that transform the user experience at the product level.

As a Cellular DevOps Engineer, you will be involved in various aspects of product bring-up, integration, and validation by providing modular, reusable software, and DevOps solutions supporting different teams on the project. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Designing, developing, and maintaining framework solutions to automate infrastructure maintenance
2. Maintaining and developing CI/CD pipeline solutions for a dynamic code base
3. Continuously adapting software to future MacOS and CPU Architecture releases
4. Providing guidance and architecture solutions for test automation frameworks covering wireless SoC test flow
5. Supporting validation and design engineers for bring-up and testing of wireless SoC
6. Developing software for automating test equipment control, device control, data acquisition, and processing
7. Continually improving testing speed, coverage, and accuracy

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python development and deployment, expertise with GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD, and software development processes. Experience with infrastructure management tools, visualization and reporting tools, and hardware development environments is preferred.
