Description For Data Scientist - Instructional Products

Join the team responsible for helping people learn about the exciting new features and functionality of nearly every application, operating system, and hardware product Apple creates. Work closely with human interface designers, content creators, and quality and software engineers across all of Apple. You will join your peer analyst in driving the vision, scope, and expansion of our team's data program and support new instructional technologies including key AI/ML deliverables. This role provides significant opportunities to create impactful changes to one of Apple's core software engineering programs.

  • Build data visualizations that will help to answer key questions about our native client application and web deliverables performance and usage.
  • Partner with our software engineering and content strategy teams to determine the efficacy, impacts, and reach of our instructional content and software.
  • Ensure data and reporting quality and accuracy by root causing and remediating issues in collection, storage, and reporting.
