As a member of the Silicon Validation Hardware team at Apple, you'll be critical to enabling the next generation of incredible Apple products. This position involves a wide range of activities including high-speed board designs that push the limits of technology, designing and implementing test and characterization circuits in the lab, and debugging complicated system level problems. You'll work closely with designers from many groups within Apple and be a key contributor to the silicon engineering effort.
Key responsibilities include: • Developing specifications based on requirements from cross-functional teams • Schematic capture, circuit design, definition of layout and routing constraints, design review and simulation • FPGA and CPLD development • Board bring-up, testing and characterization, and debug • Power and signal integrity analysis • High-speed interface design and characterization • Debug a wide range of issues on test boards and production systems
This role is part of Apple's Silicon Technologies group, where you'll help design and manufacture next-generation, high-performance, power-efficient processors and system-on-chip (SoC) solutions. You'll ensure Apple products and services can seamlessly and efficiently handle the tasks that make them beloved by millions.
Join us to craft and build the technology that fuels Apple's devices and enable our customers to do all the things they love with their devices.
