Description For Growth Marketing Acquisition Manager, Apple Services

Apple is seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial leader with a passion for growing consumer subscription businesses. The Growth Marketing Manager will be a key contributor within a cross-functional team, partnering with marketing, product, engineering, data analytics, design, and business, to drive awareness and ultimately bring new customers to Apple services and products, via our apps and our many communication channels.

Responsibilities include:

  • Drive acquisition and marketing strategies for Apple Services.
  • Optimize programs through A/B testing and develop strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights.
  • Develop owned channel strategies & programs across the Apple ecosystem that will drive large-scale awareness, discovery, and acquisition.
  • Build cross-functional relationships and plans to improve performance against meaningful metrics, with a focus on experimentation and optimization.
  • Collaborate with a broad range of teams to define and deliver projects as planned and on schedule.

Requirements For Growth Marketing Acquisition Manager, Apple Services

  • 5-8 years of experience building out unique acquisition strategies geared at optimizing conversion, subscription, and revenue - both on and off-platform
  • Strong understanding of subscription and/or recurring revenue business models
  • Deep understanding of, and experience completing A/B testing and leveraging data-driven insights
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver projects, priorities, schedules, and deliverables
  • Proven track record of problem-solving, developing creative solutions and demonstrating resourcefulness
  • Excellent communication with the ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's Degree required
