Innovation Manager

Apple's Global Architecture and Design Team, part of the Real Estate and Development organization, is seeking an Innovation Manager to lead innovation initiatives. This role focuses on developing and implementing standards for finish materials, architectural design, lighting systems, and furniture systems across all workplace and corporate facilities.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategic innovation initiatives for architectural components, materials, systems, space types, lighting, and furniture. • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with innovation strategies. • Research industry trends, emerging technologies, regulations, and best practices. • Drive innovation in finish materials and integrate sustainability principles. • Collaborate with teams to develop and refine comprehensive standards. • Engage with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to educate and foster alignment. • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of innovation strategies and best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in materials science, extensive technical knowledge of construction materials and systems, and experience in developing comprehensive documentation packages. They will be proficient in design tools (CAD/Revit), presentation software, and MacOS or Microsoft tools.
