Manufacturing Design Engineer (MDE) - Brittles

Apple is seeking a Manufacturing Design Engineer (MDE) to join their Operations and Supply Chain team. You'll be accountable for end-to-end manufacturing and process solutions for key design features, including process development, equipment selection, automation implementation, and strategic R&D initiatives.

Key areas of focus include CNC machining, surface finishing, glass processing, assembly, and painting processes. You'll be expected to develop best-in-class processes, work with Global Supply Managers, provide leadership during production ramps, and use data-driven decision-making approaches.

The role offers competitive compensation, including a base salary range of $178,400 to $268,500, plus additional benefits such as stock options, comprehensive healthcare, and educational support.
