Description For RF System Integration Engineer

Apple is seeking an RF System Integration Engineer to join their Hardware team in Cupertino. This role combines wireless technology expertise with software development, focusing on the design and validation of RF and wireless systems across Apple's newest products including iPhones, Watches, iPads and others.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for wireless technologies and impact the wireless experience for billions of users. You'll be part of a hands-on development team that furthers engineering perfection, creativity, and innovation with a prime focus on wireless accuracy and performance.

As an RF Systems integration engineer, you'll be engaged in design validation for different wireless technologies from prototyping to mass production. Key responsibilities include designing calibration routines, developing test algorithms, and contributing to a comprehensive test software suite. You'll collaborate with chipset manufacturers, test equipment vendors, and in-house antenna and RFHW design teams to analyze wireless performance data and tackle technical challenges.

The role requires a BS in Electrical Engineering with 2+ years of industrial experience in the RF/Wireless Industry. Strong programming skills in C, C++, or Python are essential, along with deep understanding of RF systems and communications theory.   • Ability to read and write clean, clear, efficient and understandable code in one or more relevant programming languages (C, C++, Python)
