Security Compliance Engineer - Knowledge Management

Apple Services Engineering (ASE) Compliance is seeking a Security Compliance Engineer to join their team overseeing the Privacy and Security compliance program for their Cloud platform. This role is critical in ensuring that Cloud teams and internal customers meet Apple's high privacy and security standards.

The ideal candidate will work closely with ASE Compliance and Cloud team members to develop clear, actionable guidance for all Apple teams involved in compliance workloads on the Apple Cloud platform. You'll be responsible for establishing documentation strategies, driving shared responsibility documentation, and supporting audit documentation development.

Key responsibilities include creating consistent compliance documentation across Cloud services, ensuring both platform providers and customers understand their responsibilities, and supporting audit validation processes. You'll also identify and address potential compliance gaps while working closely with security and engineering teams.

The role offers competitive compensation between $175,800 - $312,200 plus additional benefits including comprehensive medical/dental coverage, retirement benefits, stock programs, and education reimbursement. The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years of security engineering or compliance experience, strong technical documentation skills, and the ability to work effectively with engineering teams. Experience with formal compliance obligations like PCI/SOX is preferred, along with a background in computer science or equivalent experience.
