Senior Business Intelligence / Data Visualization Engineer

As a Senior BI Engineer on the Services Data Science & Analytics team at Apple, you will work with massive internet-scale data across numerous product and customer touch-points. Your role involves in-depth quantitative analysis and creating actionable, intuitive visualizations to drive informed decision-making. You'll design and build executive reporting solutions, polished dashboards, and exploratory self-service tools, as well as the datasets that power them.

Key responsibilities include:

• Analyzing customer experience, product performance, business operations, and strategic decision-making
• Collaborating closely with Data Science peers to define metrics, design datasets, and develop automation strategies
• Extensive partnership with Product, Business, Engineering, and Marketing teams
• Establishing and socializing comprehensive roadmaps for projects
• Taking complex, multifaceted projects from idea to production
