SoC Hard IP Characterization Product Engineer

Apple is seeking a talented SoC Hard IP Characterization Product Engineer to join their Silicon Technologies group in Cupertino. This role combines hardware engineering expertise with software development to ensure Apple's next-generation processors and system-on-chips meet the highest standards of performance and efficiency.

The position involves developing sophisticated test programs for debugging, characterizing, and qualifying SoC devices. You'll work with cutting-edge technology, characterizing high-speed IO PHYs, PLLs, and various custom hardware IPs that power Apple's innovative devices. This role requires a unique blend of hardware understanding and software skills, as you'll be conducting complex statistical analyses and developing test programs.

As part of the Silicon Technologies group, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Validation, Test Engineering, and Manufacturing to drive the productization of next-generation SoCs. Your work will directly impact the performance and reliability of Apple's devices used by millions of customers worldwide.
