Software Quality Engineer, Carrier Services - Retail Engineering, Early Career

The Carrier Services team is the server engineering team focused on integrating Apple Retail Stores and Online with wireless carriers for seamless iPhone provisioning and activation. We are looking for an enterprising Quality Engineer to maintain and enhance our suite of tests and assure the highest level of quality for our customers.

As a key contributor to our team, you will have a visible impact on the success of internal and cross-functional projects, working with engineers and business partners both internally and externally. The role involves leading quality engineering for projects of various sizes, identifying and addressing project hurdles through effective collaboration.

You'll be working with cutting-edge technologies including gRPC, Spring Reactor, Cassandra and Kafka to provide a highly-scalable platform. The ideal candidate should have strong testing fundamentals, knowledge of REST APIs, experience with testing frameworks, and the ability to investigate, debug and triage problems collaboratively.
