The Partner Solution & Technology group is seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join their team as a Core Data Engineer. This role combines software engineering expertise with data quality management, requiring both technical depth and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing data quality strategies, processes, and tools
• Analyzing data models and infrastructure to identify improvements
• Building data pipelines for master data management
• Conducting data profiling, cleansing, and validation
• Developing quality metrics and dashboards
• Collaborating across teams to define requirements
• Ensuring high performance, privacy, and security
• Performing root cause analysis and implementing solutions

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years building enterprise applications on large-scale distributed systems
• 5+ years in Data Quality/Governance Engineering
• Strong SQL expertise and data modeling experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Preferred skills include experience with:

• Data quality tools like Informatica
• REST APIs and CI/CD pipelines
• Programming in Python and Java
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Enterprise data warehousing (Snowflake)
• Machine learning and statistical analysis
