Sr. Systems Engineer

Apple's Ecosystem Products & Technologies team is seeking a talented Systems Engineer to help define and drive the ecosystem of accessories compatible with Apple devices. This role is fundamental to the success of iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Apple TV, Vision Pro, and Mac through the development of a healthy ecosystem of accessories and partnerships.

The ideal candidate will be a generalist with strong investigative skills and curiosity, able to translate complex technical concepts into clear specifications. You'll work on integrating various technologies across power adapters, charging cables, hearing aids, headphones, game controllers, digital cameras, and cars, ensuring tight integration between accessories and Apple devices.

Key responsibilities include designing and launching new accessories, writing testable specifications, leading projects from conception through validation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You'll need expertise in consumer electronics or embedded systems, strong technical writing abilities, and excellent communication skills.

The role offers competitive compensation ($175,800-$312,200 base pay) plus equity opportunities through stock programs.
