Description For Worldwide Channel Sales & Operations - AI Product Manager, Conversational Commerce

Apple's Worldwide Channel Strategy & Operations (CSO) team is seeking an outstanding AI product manager to create, design, and implement the AI/ML product vision and architecture for conversational commerce solutions. This role will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of AI-powered capabilities at scale, transforming the way Apple sells across its channel sales platforms. The ideal candidate will deliver innovative AI/ML solutions that enhance the customer journey to drive sales growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Defining and driving the AI/ML product vision, strategy, and roadmap for conversational commerce solutions.
  2. Designing AI/ML-driven features and solutions to create intelligent sales assistants.
  3. Architecting scalable, secure, and maintainable AI solutions for personalized shopping experiences.
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product requirements and value propositions.
  5. Establishing and monitoring product success metrics and driving continuous improvement.

The role requires 10+ years of experience in product management, with 5+ years in AI/ML-focused product roles. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of AI/ML models, data pipelines, cloud technologies, and product architecture, as well as experience in conversational commerce solutions.

  • Proven track record in building and scaling AI/ML solutions, preferably in sales chatbot domains
  • In-depth knowledge of AI/ML models, data pipelines, cloud technologies, and product architecture
  • Experience with NLP, machine learning, deep learning frameworks, and analytics tools
  • Deep understanding of conversational commerce solutions and how AI can enhance selling and sales conversion
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Data Science, or an equivalent
