This role is crucial in supporting and implementing ASPICE processes, particularly in product release management and problem resolution. Responsibilities For Systems Engineer - Customer Support

  • Support release manager in executing strategic plans for product releases
  • Collaborate on product feature prioritization and release content
  • Support Problem Resolution Management as part of ASPICE Sys V-model
  • Handle 5D/8D, Fishbones, problem monitoring and ticket closure
  • Work with engineering teams to ensure proper documentation and testing
  • Perform Configuration Management activities
  • Verify and approve test reports
  • Participate in training junior engineers

Requirements For Systems Engineer - Customer Support

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline (computer science, software, system or related field)
  • 1-3 years of experience in Automotive Industry or Consumer Electronics
  • Strong ASPICE knowledge
  • Experience with SLP.2 Product Release Management
  • Expert user for JIRA and Confluence
  • Bilingual – proficient in English speaking/reading/writing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
