This role focuses on creating clean, curated, and organized data sets across the organization using their Snowflake-hosted data lake and dbt Core for analytics pipelines. As the senior-most individual contributor on the Data and Analytics Engineering team, you'll collaborate with the Director to define data strategy and best practices. The role involves transforming raw data into meaningful insights, building robust ELT pipelines, and implementing engineering best practices across the organization.

Responsibilities For Senior Analytics Engineer
- Transform, test, deploy, and document data to deliver clean and trustworthy data for analysis
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify effective data structures
- Help bring engineering best practices to our DAG and Data team
- Build robust, tested, scalable ELT pipelines
- Data modeling and transformation of raw data into meaningful datasets
- Create and maintain data documentation
Requirements For Senior Analytics Engineer
- 4+ years as an Analytics Engineer or equivalent role with dbt experience preferred
- 6+ years cumulative experience in data space
- Expert-level understanding of conceptual data modeling and data mart design
- Deep experience with SQL and Python
- Experience building data pipelines and database management including Snowflake
- Experience in technical leadership or mentorship
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proven ability to solve complex problems
