The position is part of a growing mobile and frontend team undergoing major transformation to strengthen mobile-first capabilities. You'll work in a hybrid environment from either Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania, collaborating closely with UK counterparts in an agile setting. As a Senior/Lead Mobile Engineer, you'll be instrumental in designing and developing high-quality software solutions across mobile and web platforms. Responsibilities For Senior/Lead Mobile Engineer
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions across mobile and web platforms
- Build robust, scalable features in React Native
- Guide best practices and help evolve mobile development standards

Requirements For Senior/Lead Mobile Engineer
- Proven experience building and scaling mobile apps using React Native and TypeScript
- Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, testing, and performance optimisation
- Experience with mobile-specific tools such as Expo, EAS, Detox/Appium, and Firebase
- Solid background integrating with cloud services (preferably GCP) and microservice-based APIs
- Familiarity with architectural concepts such as API-first design, Domain-Driven Design, and design systems
- Exposure to web technologies, ideally with hands-on experience using React
- Strong English communication and collaboration skills
