Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI systems capable of handling complex, real-world tasks over multiple channels, including email, phone, and SMS
• Improve decision-making and reasoning capabilities of AI agents for complex logistics scenarios
• Architect and fine-tune foundational models for real-world logistics challenges
• Create robust metrics and evaluation frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate domain-specific challenges into AI solutions

Technical Requirements:

• B.S. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related field
• Strong experience building and deploying advanced AI systems
• Expertise in model optimization and fine-tuning
• Proficiency in Python and cloud-based AI deployments
• Knowledge of AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Understanding of NLP and real-time communication systems
