Arrow is seeking a V&V Engineer 2 to join their team in Northford, Connecticut. This role combines software automation and hardware testing expertise, focusing on developing and maintaining test frameworks for complex systems involving robotics, computer vision, and sensor simulation. The position offers a competitive salary range of $84,000 - $110,000 and involves working with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality through both automated and manual testing processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in test automation, framework development, and the ability to work with both software and hardware components. Responsibilities For V&V Engineer 2
- Perform product validation activities both Manual and Automation testing
- Extend internally developed custom test framework involving robotics, computer vision, distributed computing and sensor simulation
- Extend the framework hardware test fixture
- Define and develop automated test plans, test cases, and procedures
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts
- Deliver automated scripts as per plan and provide updates to management monthly
- Perform limited manual testing to gain domain knowledge
- Collaborate with development teams to create component and system test plans
- Work collaboratively with local and global cross-functional product development teams
- Review technical documentation for accuracy and correct content
