Description For AI/ML Engineer

Artisan is an innovative company creating AI Employees (Artisans) and comprehensive software solutions for outbound sales. They're developing AI BDR Ava and a platform that includes B2B data, AI email sequences, and deliverability optimization tools. The company is experiencing rapid growth, recently securing $15M in funding from top investors.

As an AI/ML Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of developing autonomous AI employees and agentic products. Your role will involve working with foundational LLMs, implementing prompt engineering, and creating chat-based interfaces. You'll be responsible for building systems that integrate AI models with third-party tools and staying current with the latest developments in machine learning.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in ML/AI engineering, with expertise in LLM fine-tuning and deployment. Strong Python programming skills and experience with MLOps tools are essential. You should be proficient with cloud platforms and containerization technologies, with a solid understanding of distributed systems.

Requirements For AI/ML Engineer

  • 2+ years of professional experience in ML/AI engineering

  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with MLOps tools like MLflow
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker)
