Ashby is seeking an Associate GTM Engineer to join their Revenue Operations team in a role that bridges technical expertise with marketing operations. This position offers an OTE of $110K – $140K plus equity in a rapidly growing SaaS company that has achieved remarkable product-market fit with over 2,500 customers including major enterprises like Shopify, Snowflake, and Deliveroo.
The role is perfect for technically-minded professionals with experience in marketing ops, revenue ops, solutions engineering, or demand generation. As the first GTM Engineer, you'll report to the Head of Revenue Operations and work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations teams to optimize and automate marketing technology processes.
Key responsibilities include managing and optimizing the MarTech stack (including tools like HubSpot, Clay, and Cargo), writing scripts in JavaScript, Python, and SQL for advanced workflows, maintaining data accuracy across systems, and building automated processes for campaign operations. You'll be instrumental in creating leverage through automation, integrations, and AI implementation.
