Description For Frontend Software Engineer, Observability

Astronomer, the company behind the industry-leading unified DataOps platform Astro powered by Apache Airflow®, is seeking a Frontend Software Engineer to join their Observability team. This role focuses on developing Astro Observe, a critical component of their expansion strategy that helps enterprises gain visibility into their data pipelines.

The ideal candidate will bring 1-3 years of engineering experience with strong TypeScript and React skills. You'll work in a fast-paced startup environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement UI/UX features that enhance data pipeline observability and governance.

This position offers competitive compensation ranging from CA$130,000 - CA$150,000, plus equity and comprehensive benefits. The role is based in Vancouver, combining the excitement of a startup with the stability of an established platform trusted by over 700 leading enterprises.
