After-Sales Engineer

ATAD International General Trading is seeking a highly motivated After-Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an After-Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and solutions to our clients in the UAE and MENA region. Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to clients by troubleshooting issues and offering effective solutions.
• Conduct regular technical inspections, audits, and performance evaluations of our products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Stay updated with the latest product developments and industry trends to provide expert advice to clients.
• Develop and deliver technical training programs to customers to enhance their understanding of our products.
• Prepare and present regular reports on after-sales activities, including key metrics, customer feedback, and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in after-sales support or technical support roles.
• Strong knowledge of Machine Tools, Building Materials, and Industrial Steel.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, manuals, and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel as needed.
