After-Sales Engineer

ATAD is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented After-Sales Engineer to join our team. As an After-Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and providing technical support for our customers after the sale of our products. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining long-lasting relationships with our clients. You will be working closely with our sales and engineering teams to provide practical solutions to customer issues.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers over the phone, email, or in person
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers as needed
• Assist in the development and implementation of after-sales services and support procedures
• Work closely with the engineering team to communicate customer feedback and contribute to product improvement initiatives
• Ensure accurate documentation of all customer interactions and technical issues for future reference
• Coordinate with third-party service providers to facilitate repairs and maintenance on customers' equipment

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in the engineering or manufacturing industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and find creative solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders
• Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
• Familiarity with computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant engineering tools
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record keeping
