Staff Software Engineer

AtoB is revolutionizing the payments infrastructure for the trucking and logistics industry. As a Staff Software Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of building Stripe for Transportation, modernizing how capital moves in this crucial sector.

As Staff Engineer, you'll:

• Lead large technical projects from conception to scale
• Design and build critical APIs, user experiences, and systems
• Balance business needs with technical excellence
• Own end-to-end delivery of crucial frontend and backend initiatives
• Architect solutions handling billions in payment volume
• Mentor 3-4 engineers while raising quality standards

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 8+ years building B2B/B2C SaaS products
• Thrives in high-ownership environments
• Balances speed with engineering rigor
• Can architect solutions and write excellent code
• Communicates effectively across time zones
• Is comfortable with React, Ruby, Postgres (or can learn quickly)

This role requires 4 days/week in-office presence (Mon-Thurs) in either San Francisco Bay Area, New York, Los Angeles, Montreal, Vancouver, or Toronto. Join us in building the future of transportation payments.
