Responsibilities For Senior Automation Developer (SDETs) - Cypress
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks, tools, and test suites across UI, API, and integration layers
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to understand requirements and define test strategies
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and monitor test coverage and stability
- Identify, document, and track bugs and quality issues
- Analyze test results and root causes to improve product quality
- Drive the adoption of best practices in test automation
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to code quality
- Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and documentation
- Stay current with new testing tools and strategies
Requirements For Senior Automation Developer (SDETs) - Cypress
- 3–5 years of experience in test automation or software development in test
- Proficient in writing automation tests using Cypress or Playwright
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript or another modern language
- Hands-on experience with automated testing at multiple levels
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and integrating tests into pipelines
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies and software testing principles
