Responsibilities For Machine Learning Engineer
- Working onsite with teams to design, build, and integrate generative AI into new and existing applications
- Prototyping LLM-driven features, workflows, and agents that support real user goals
- Fine-tuning foundation models and engineering prompts
- Applying natural language processing, RAG, vector search, and custom embeddings
- Collaborating with security, DevOps, and data teams to deploy AI services
- Helping define best practices and internal tools for AI integration
- Staying current with AI landscape and tracking model performance
Requirements For Machine Learning Engineer
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or equivalent experience
- Solid Python skills and experience with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Hugging Face
- Practical experience using LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, etc.)
- Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)
- Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with enterprise AI deployment (preferred)
- Understanding of model evaluation and hallucination risks (preferred)
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (preferred)
