Pega - Workflow/Data Automation Engineer

Bank of America is seeking a Pega - Workflow/Data Automation Engineer to drive efforts in developing and delivering complex data and workflow solutions. This role is crucial for accomplishing technology and business goals within the organization.

The position involves leading code design and delivery tasks focused on data integration, cleaning, transformation, and control in operational and analytical systems. You'll work closely with vendors, stakeholders, and Product and Software Engineering teams to implement data/workflow requirements, analyze performance, and troubleshoot issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead story refinement and delivery through the lifecycle
• Code complex solutions for data and workflow integration
• Lead system requirements documentation and testing teams
• Collaborate with development teams on data requirements
• Mentor Data Engineers and monitor performance indicators

The ideal candidate will have:

• 10 years of Pega hands-on experience in enterprise solutions
• Strong data analytics/modeling and SQL query skills
• Deep understanding of Enterprise class structure
• Experience in Case management and data modeling
• Strong UX/UI design expertise
• Knowledge of Hadoop/Kafka/Data Lake technology
• 3-5 years as Pega Lead
• 5-8 years as Technology lead in multi-tier web applications
