Senior Machine Learning Engineer

The role is central to building AI-powered products, working alongside Data Scientists to scale and strengthen AI models for production environments. The position requires expertise in Python and various AI frameworks like scikit-learn and TensorFlow, along with a strong foundation in statistics, probability, calculus, and linear algebra.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for redesigning and optimizing existing models for cloud environments, fine-tuning large language models, and ensuring optimal deployment and performance of AI solutions. They will work closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, developers, and business stakeholders to integrate AI solutions effectively into the platform.

Key challenges include ensuring efficient scaling of ML models (especially LLMs) in cloud environments, optimizing operational costs associated with complex model training and deployment, and staying current with the latest innovations in Gen AI and LLM technologies. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in both programming and ML model productization, along with expertise in distributed computing, DevOps practices, and advanced SQL.
