Responsibilities For Full Stack Engineer
- Prototype and operationalize clinical systems using generative and agentic AIs
- Develop end-to-end features for core platforms and APIs
- Work with relational databases and ORMs for schema design and migrations
- Build foundations of scalable, performant architecture
- Craft clean, maintainable, well-tested code
- Contribute to technical decision-making and architectural strategy
- Collaborate with product, design, data, and healthcare teams
Requirements For Full Stack Engineer
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience in fullstack development using TypeScript
- Strong grasp of software development principles, design patterns, and testing patterns
- Proficiency in frontend and backend development (TypeScript, Node, Express, React)
- Experience with relational databases and ORMs (SQL, Prisma)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment (GCP, AWS)
- Experience with natural language processing and LLM APIs
