Responsibilities For DevSecOps Staff Engineer
- Design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable infrastructure solutions across various environments
- Ensure security is integrated into all stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Conduct threat modeling and vulnerability assessments
- Champion and drive the adoption of DevSecOps best practices
- Implement security controls and automation
- Architect and implement robust CI/CD pipelines
- Optimize pipeline performance and efficiency
- Implement secure coding practices
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management
- Monitor and troubleshoot production systems
- Participate in incident response activities
Requirements For DevSecOps Staff Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in DevSecOps, Systems Engineering, or related role
- Experience in implementing and managing secure CI/CD pipelines
- Strong understanding of security principles, threat modeling, and vulnerability management
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell, Go)
- Experience with security tools and technologies
