As a Senior ML Engineer at Bland, you'll be at the forefront of developing the intelligence that powers their voice AI platform. You'll be building production-grade inference systems that handle millions of daily voice interactions with strict latency requirements, optimizing model performance, and implementing novel approaches to improve conversational quality.
