The Technology team, comprising nearly 60 professionals, is central to their operations, utilizing Ruby, Rails, Python/React, PostgreSQL, and cloud services on AWS and GCP. The E-commerce team is structured into four cross-functional squads, with this role specifically focusing on the Subscription & Retention squad.

As a Lead Engineer, you'll be responsible for driving technical strategy, delivering the engineering roadmap, and ensuring robust system architecture. The role combines technical leadership with mentoring responsibilities, requiring expertise in Ruby (5+ years), distributed systems, and modern development practices.
