As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers to deliver critical avionics hardware subsystem elements, including common circuit blocks and development kits. Your expertise will be crucial in designing, developing, and verifying high-performance avionics hardware for various flight vehicles. Working closely with program technical leads, you'll drive requirements definition, modeling, analysis, design, fabrication, and testing of flight and power management components.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of proven experience in complex hardware design, with expertise in high-speed digital, analog, and mixed-signal circuit design. Your strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, combined with proficiency in circuit analysis, simulation, and board layout principles, will be essential for success in this role.

This position offers an opportunity to work at the forefront of space technology, contributing to Blue Origin's mission of developing reusable, safe, and low-cost space vehicles. You'll be part of a culture that values safety, collaboration, and inclusion, working alongside diverse problem-solvers who are writing new chapters in spaceflight history.

The role comes with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid parental leave, and education support. Multiple location options are available including Seattle, Huntsville, Denver, Space Coast, and Los Angeles, with competitive compensation ranging from $139,979 to $213,128 depending on location.

Join Blue Origin to apply your expertise in avionics systems, contribute to groundbreaking space technology development, and be part of a team that's building the road to space for future generations.
