Responsibilities For Lead Software Engineer (Mobile developer- React native)
- Estimate user stories/features and tasks in Sprint Planning
- Contribute to Backlog refinement meetings
- Work with Product Owner to ensure code meets requirements
- Develop working software towards PI Objectives and Iteration plans
- Design for testability and test automation
- Own software design and architectural decisions
- Document and maintain architecture and designs
- Coordinate with teams to resolve complex issues
- Mentor junior team members
- Maintain relationships with customers and partners
Requirements For Lead Software Engineer (Mobile developer- React native)
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering
- 12+ years of experience in React Native, React JS, NodeJS development
- Proficiency in React Native for cross-platform mobile development
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
