Platform Operations Engineer

The Platform Operations Engineer will play a crucial role in building out platform capabilities, working closely with team members to deliver technical, process, and organizational changes. This position combines DevOps practices with platform engineering, focusing on maintaining and improving critical financial systems.

Key responsibilities include configuring monitoring and alerting systems, implementing platform changes, driving automation initiatives, and ensuring platform availability. The role requires participation in an on-call rotation to maintain industry-leading incident response capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with formal IT education, experience with both Windows and Linux environments, and practical knowledge of modern DevOps tools including Kubernetes, monitoring solutions (ELK, APM, Grafana), and SQL. Knowledge of payment systems and SWIFT operations is particularly valuable.
